Silent Scavenger Footpads (Voldunai - Revered) and Swampstalker Leggings (Talanji’s Expedition - Revered) are not showing up as gear that I own in the BiB Feature. After finding the BiB loadout, and finding that they WEREN’T BiB, I was suspiscious… so I clicked on the slot in question (Legs and Feet) and found they weren’t even being simulated. I have tried with them in my bags and with them equiped. I have also logged off for a short while and tried again. Neither of which yielded any different results. As a final test, I transmogged it to make it “non-refundable” in hopes that it might work as a last ditch effort. No luck 
any ideas?

Hmm - looks like one for those who can decipher the data-string… a skill I have yet to begin to understand.
The challenge here is that Mr. Robot has the wrong items as rewards.
As the Voldunai Revered reward he has Silent Scavenger Leggings (335) instead of Silent Scavenger Footpads (335 ) and as the Talanji’s Expedition Revered reward he has Swampstalker Footpads (335) instead of Swampstalker Leggings (335).
Both the Silent Scavenger Leggings (335) and Swampstalker Footpads (335) don’t exist as the correct rewards.
So when you do a best in bag it shows up as nothing if equipped as they are listed wrong and wants you to swap to a lower rated item
Are the item id’s correct and do they require the correct naming to show as valid from a datastring?
Add this to my lack of knowledge of how to break the datastring down to items & their modifiers, but @yellowfive might be the one to correctly identify what went wrong…
