Getting advise for Phase3 gems - although i set to phase 2

Hi, i am quite new.
But since few days, i get phase 3 gems only (although i set it to phase2!).
i play tbc anniversary EU (Thunderstrike)

so it show me non available phase3 gems WITHOUT the possibility to change it to show only phase2 gems.

What can i do?

Are you looking at your Arcane spec?

You have Arcane set as a lower priority than your Frost spec. The optimizer will first optimize your Frost gear, and then your Arcane gear, but it will do that in such a way as to not move around gems/enchants chosen for your Frost spec first.

You are currently allowing up to phase 4 gems/enchants on your Frost spec, so those higher quality gems and enchants are being “reserved” on those items when you go to optimize your lower priority Arcane spec.

You can fix this issue in two ways:

  1. Set the Release Phase to the same thing on both your Frost and Arcane spec.
  2. Move your Arcane spec to be the highest priority (drag and drop in the list at the left of the Best in Bags screen, right above where it says “The order matters” in big yellow letters).
