The Best in Bags is interesting in that it shows that the older Azerite gear (135) is preferred over the crafted 151 gear, I suspect this is because the Azerite gear has more agility. Similarly the legs and Harlan’s Loaded Dice are preferred over the SL gear since they have gem slots for agility gems. So maybe I should rethink using crafted gear to level up?
I see a couple of issues: You are recommending Deadly Navigation for my 146 gun. Deadly Navigation isn’t useable on weapons above 140. Crow’s Nest Scope still works and that might be an alternative until the SL enchants are readily available.
The Kraken’s Eye of Agility and Leviathan’s Eye of Agility have been nerfed to +12 and +18 agility respectively, but I don’t see any new agility gems in SL so they may still be viable.
The Accord of Critical Strike enchant isn’t usable on rings above 140. The Tenet of Critical Strike will be a good replacement in Shadowlands.
