The trinket “Gilded loa Figurine” is only available in item level 280, Is it possible to make it higher ilvl to sim? I currently got one from WQ and its 330, want to see if its actually better than my current trinkets.

If you actually have it in your bags though, you can run Best in Bags and it will rank any item that you own.
If you want to simulate it, you can bring up the item list for the trinket slot and check “bag only” to choose any item you have in your bags. This requires that you import your character from the addon, not the Armory, so that we can pick up all of the gear in your bags.
