So, I’ve seen ppl saying both that this increases ALL damage on use or that it’s only non-psychical damage (that it was fixed in 7.2). Is there any consensus on this? I see that you still use the 5% all damage buff at AMR. This would make a big difference when simming for example ferals, since that makes the Ashamanes rip dot and shadow thrash the only two affected abilities.
The latest spell data (including PTR) still shows it modifying all damage.
