Just noticed while looking at upgrades for my fury warrior that gorehowl show up at same or lower ilvl as you have currently as a offhand upgrade, this would not be possible since its unique equipped ingame.

This is one of those tough cases… though you can’t equip it in the off-hand with one in your main hand, it would be an upgrade to your off-hand were you to e.g. get a different main-hand. So we give it a score anyway.
We can change it though and not try the other hand if you have one equipped already, see how people like it compared to the current method.
