We’re getting to the point where these sockets will become more common for players, but our “best” gear is still somewhat nebulous. Would something similar to the Cleansing section be possible?
We’ve discussed it a little… It seems like this problem is easier to solve by inspection than cleansing, though. The items you have on are probably the ones you’ll want to add sockets to. The only time it really is a little fuzzy is if you have a socketed item that is only better because it has a socket. Seems like maybe if you did BiB with no gems in your gear, that will tell you which items to socket.
I haven’t gotten one of these to try it yet – can you add the extra socket to an item that already has a socket? Or an azerite item? (I’m assuming no to both of those.)
