Great Vault + Valor?

Is there a way to evaluate my great vault options while taking in to consideration my ability to upgrade one or more pieces with valor? For example I have 2 220 pieces available and 1 216 piece. I suspect the 216 piece would be better than either of the 220 pieces if it were upgraded to 220 itself, but I see no way to verify this with the Upgrade Finder.

We don’t have a specific setting for that right now, but if you use the Mythic+ Upgrade Finder search and set the difficulty to Mythic 10 Vault, you can see how 220 items rank. You can use the search box to find the item of interest.

Including the creation catalyst versions of the items in the great vault would be fantastic as well.
