Sind 9.1 release was none of the items I got offered in the vault an upgrade.Ok, on or two weeks bad luck, but all of them since release. Actually it looks more as if all items in the SOD raid are crap.

Was the loot created by someone who has literally no clue? Or is this a simulation issue?
You have two really good trinkets already. Blizzard does a really poor job designing tanking trinkets, in our opinion. The relative value of them is all over the place and not always tied to item level at all. Cheat-death trinkets in particular are very strong.
The head item with the domination socket is maybe worth taking if you care about the set bonuses, but right now you have a 262 legendary item equipped in your head slot that it is being compared to.
