In the attached image (found with the talents in the guides) I’ve circled the numbers associated with each talent. The top one is green while the bottom one is yellow.
Can anyone explain what the green and yellow numbers mean?
It’s the number of combinations with that talent that fall in the respective tier (also described in that legend at the top there).
So e.g. Blind Fury, there are 3 talent combos with it in tier 1, and 17 combos with it in tier 2.
