I would need a little more detail… are you getting an error? What steps are you taking to update your character that is not working?
The general process to update your character data and start optimizing is the following:
- Install the latest version of our in-game addon (available on curseforge or directly on our site)
- Go in-game and follow the addon instructions to update your data. Basically: open your bank once and activate each of your specs once. After doing that once, it will automatically keep things up to date whenever you change something.
- Use the Export tab of the in-game addon to copy/paste your data from the addon to our website – click “import from addon” at the top of the optimizer web page to open up the box to paste your data.
After doing that you should be good to go. Make sure all of your settings are set how you want and start optimizing!
