The website lists items +10 item levels higher as a .25% downgrade when all else is identical.
Example: 298 Puzzle Box is not a .25% downgrade from a 285 Puzzle Box.
Another example would be the same rings as equipped, +10 items level higher, as being a downgrade.

I’m back from vacation now and will be working on catching up today and tomorrow. I have reproduced this issue and will have a fix for it in the next site update, probably tomorrow afternoon/evening.
