This trinket is marked as BiS by Bloodmallet both for single/multi but is marked down severely by AMR. Thanks for looking into this! 
So this trinket has a cast time… which can be a real pain to use. Is simulationcraft doing something clever to mitigate the 2 second cast time on it? Or is there a trick that DH like to use to reduce its impact?
Yes it can be a pain to use when using a movement build (which I used in the past) but it is no problem really in a low/No Mover build (which I use now). Also the beneficial effects are actually magnified if Mastery is underspecced (see my other post)! Trinkets are so tricky to profile!
This problem went away immediately after updating the AMR addon to a Midnight version. I was using a TWW version for no apparently sane reason. This thread can be safely deleted.
