According to these stat weights why does it never recommend for me to use the epic kraken agility gem? I have gems set to epic and have never seen it recommend main stat gem since BFA.

In general: the stat weights are just a rough ballpark – we don’t actually use them for optimizing. We use a much more thorough stat ranking technique that can deal with the interactions between stats and the rest of the special effects on your gear. We found out many years ago that stat weights just weren’t giving people the quality of result that they wanted.
