It’s pretty much agreed upon everywhere that a 3 Glimmer Haste build is currently where it’s at.
I find it pretty difficult to chose it as my preferred setup: sometimes it’s just not even in the best alternate setups, and then the gem or item choices can be dubious. The build is described here: Holy Paladin Glimmer of Light Build - Guides - Wowhead.

This keeps suggested a 385 sliver as one of my best trinkets, even though Glimmeradins are in melee range most of the time and then the trinket effect won’t trigger.
Anyway, hoping for this setup to be easier to chose and customize without obvious defects if possible at all!
In general the optimizer ranks glimmer of light pretty high – e.g. Best in Slot usually picks it. Could be that for your particular combination of gear, there’s another good alternative. Would have to see your addon export to reproduce your case and give more details.
You can use the exclusion feature to exclude an item that you would prefer not to use. After running Best in Bags, click on a trinket in the solution to get a list of all items that you own in that slot. Click the icon on the far right that looks like a “no” sign. Then close the list and press Re-Optimize.
We added this feature to cover cases like this, where the optimizer might not be adjusting for a particular use case. It is pretty hard (impossible?) to make an optimizer that knows everything about everything

I just used your export string, switched to Holy and left the defaults set.
With Holy first, or second, it’s choosing three Glimmer of Light. By default it chooses the Incandescent Sliver but you can just exclude that, positional effects are beyond a numbers based solution.
If it’s not choosing it for you we need what settings you’ve got set, which order you have your specs in, your thresholds, etc.
