I have loaded my character, spec Holy Priest.
I set my Priority to Holy, Shadow, Disc.
Then when i click “BiS Calculator” it suggests i use the disc legos.

I would have to see the specific case. If you post your export string from the addon I can take a look.
Many healing legendary items are pretty situational. This can cause the optimizer to prefer the ones with the best stats over some of the effects, especially for holy, which lacks really strong throughput legendary items.
For example, the resurrection cloak is great for progression but not good at all for a fight where you don’t die.
That still doesn’t explain why its saying my Bis is using another specs gear.

I’m not able to replicate the results you’re reporting. When I load that string, it’s only suggesting Holy Legendaries for BiB and BiS.
Either you have other filters that are causing the behaviour, or you have the disc piece locked in. Check to see if any of the pieces have a dotted border, that indicates that the piece has been locked in by manually selecting it. If so, look here to unlock all slots and see if that fixes the problem.

I’m seeing an entirely different result that does not pick any discipline legendary items when using BiB on that string posted.
We made an update to the holy priest gearing strategy yesterday, maybe that fixed this up.
