I was gifted a MrRobot code to update my account since it had lapsed. However, logging in just does not offer that option. It also seems to not recognize my credentials used when I first created the account.
How do I go about reactivating my account?

Right when you log in, there is a link to reset your password as well, could start with that. Once you are logged in, click on the “hamburger” menu icon at the top-right of every web page, and choose Manage Account. One of the options in the menu on the left on the account page is to redeem gift codes.
