My Item Level 460 Unguent Caress Weapon is showing as at the bottom of the list and the bar is broken or minimum… why is this happening? this weapon should be better than the BiS from EP, but looks worst than other bad weapons…

With the limited data you’ve provided I suspect the corruption on it puts you over the corruption amount you’ve got set in the BiB options.
It’s possible that you don’t have other gear to put on in other corrupted slots so you can’t equip it yet, if that’s the case an item restore might help you.

I had the same problem yesterday, so i gave my weapon to a guildmate.
I’m pretty sure it’s just one of the item AMR need to be reranking because of hot fixes.

The weapon not ranking in the list is a UI bug I’ll have fixed in the next update. It is only an issue when showing the per-slot list: it is not retrieving ranking data for that particular item from the server, and thus throwing it at the bottom of the list with no score.
This does not impact the Best in Bags optimization in any way – just the displayed list.
All of the corruption effects are being ranked, but I’m happy to look at any specific cases where you feel the balance between the different effects feels off to you.

Everything looks fine there… when I optimize your character, it picks unguent caress. I also udpated the site, should fix that issue with the list ranking not appearing in order.
