I saw this and thought it was really weird. Screen shot below. When I replace my ring it shows I lose 16% haste from removing 900ish rating. That can’t be right…or am I missing something?
Not sure why it shows the large negative… the haste value is correct though at ~13%. I’ll see if I can figure it out.
edit: actually it should display ~15.5%, the display type on one of the talents wasn’t set correctly.
