Import Error: "The data string is not in the correct format." Nov 2018

I’ve just started getting an error today when I logged in using AMR. I’ve been using this for years so am familiar with the operations. I was using it last night with no problems. I can export my gear from my bags to the website, but when I try to import this string:

bib

I get an error saying it’s not in correct format. I’m copying and pasting directly from the website as I have always done.

Any thing change on the backend recently?

Actually seems like the bib is the problem. This looked weird to me so I deleted it and it appears to import fine now. I assume this is a bug somewhere in the backend server.

Just hopped on the forums to see wtf was going on. Seeing the same issue you’re seeing. Removing “Bib” seems to have fixed it for now.

Get version 66 of the addon – I had to make a change to fix an error that some people were getting.

If you are getting this message, try this. the paste starts out with bib then starts a new line. Place your cursor at the beginning of the 2nd line and press backspace ONCE, moving everything up one line and connecting it all to the starting bib of the first line. Worked for me, hopes it works for you also.

That is not recommended – just get version 66 of the addon, and everything will work. Certain cases will not work correctly if you delete that part of the string.
