Import / export data ERROR

I’m trying to export info from game to website to check my best in bags and all that.

In game; open addon, copy text. In browser, paste text to where ever relevant - I get the message:
"Error. The region, realm, and name could not be read from the provided import string."
I don’t think it’s my other addons; disabled all but AMR and repeated the export / import process to no avail.

helps, info, pls?

Sometimes this happens if you have the wrong region, which can happen if you copy addon settings from someone else or install an addon/UI pack. In the string that you copy, at the very front of it is region, realm, and name. Do they look right?
