In-game addon won't close/open properly

I don’t know where to ask this question. I was in a raid yesterday and used the addon to see if an item I had got was of any use. the addon would not shut down afterwards and I had to move it off screen to carry on, now it does not come back on when I try to use it, is there anyway to sort this out please

Did you get any lua errors?

Also, if you try it with all other addons disabled, do you have the same problem? Sometimes different addons can interfere with each other.

Also – what version of the addon are you using? It says it at the bottom of the main addon window when it is open. The latest as of this post is v76.
