Could you paste the string of data here that you are trying to import from the game?
At least for me, the servers aren’t up yet, so I can’t test things myself.

Thanks – I did a quick update that should avoid the issue for now. Refresh the page and try again.
That said, it does not seem to be importing talents correctly. Once the servers are up here, I’ll test in-game and see what’s going on. Blizzard delayed it another two hours…
edit: well, they delayed it again… getting late here, so I’ll have to look into it tomorrow.

yeah my Mrrobot doesnt even get to THAT screen… it just shows the error when i try to paste. MAYBE add the “help” button to the standard starting page

You can access our support page from the menu at the top-right of every page as well. It directs you to post here for most issues, so you’re in the right place!
In theory the update last night should resolve that error, so let us know if you are still having an issue.
I tested importing/exporting my character on the live servers today and there were no issues – talents loaded just fine.
It is possible that for a couple specs the talents are out of sync… we have been working off of the beta builds, which are slightly different than the pre-patch build numbers on live… hopefully they will sync up at some point, we’ll keep an eye on it.
