Could intervene be added to prot warrior for reprisal simming as it is a big dps/def increase?

I can add Intervene. Note you will need to make your own custom rotation to make use of it. I decided not to put this into the default rotation due to the high variability of the usage of Intervene in game situations. Sometimes you can use it no problem, other times using it could be impossible without killing people.
I’ll post the update later today sometime.
