Issue when I customize BiS to only use dungeon drops (pre-BIS essentially)

When I am trying to customize the BIS finder to only use dungeon drops, it still results in a bunch of Naxx gear being chosen. This is with a generic disc priest. I unchecked all of the “top buttons” for each column and then manually made sure that N and H were selected for dungeons.

Am I doing something wrong here?

So when I do the same thing with my actual (now level 80) import string, the filter seems to work.

But, is there a way to tell best in slot finder to not use emblem gear???
