It won't recommend a new item even if it's better

Just got a weapon at the weakly cache but it won’t recommend it for any spec (got a 475 and i have a 420 equipped).

P.S.: Cleared the cache and cookies and i can see the item if i customize the gear. Also it says it’s a 4.90% increase over what i have equipped atm.

What you may have missed is that that iL475 Weapon has Corruption on it; while it may not be an optimal one, it’s still there.
Forcing a Weapon change to locking 475 as MH & 445 as OH:, I got this:

I looked at Cleansing Corruption(s) but nothing changed.
