When I try to optimize by best in bag with an uploaded string, it thinks my gear in my bag is a much higher item level than it really is.
Could you post the string you are importing into the website?
Also, is it really low level gear or heirloom gear?

I’ve been seeing this a lot too. I think I’ve only seen it with quest reward items I’ve picked up while leveling, so maybe it’s a level-scaling issue? Here’s an example: I see Cruel Executioner’s Breastplate (175448) as ilvl 108, but AMR is reading it as ilvl 120. The AMR tooltip says “125, bonus ids: 35”.

Thanks I’ll take a look – sometimes what happens is they tweak the scaling curve from beta when an expansion goes live. I’m going to update all of our raw data now that the game is live and see if it fixes that up.

Yeah they changed the item link format a bit… in some pretty irritating ways. I’m working on updating the addon to read it correctly. Should have it done sometime later today.
The new crafted gear is also having an issue – the secondary stats aren’t showing up on them because they used some new wacky way of specifying them in the item links.

Version 95 of the in-game addon should resolve these issues. Let me know if you see anything else – new expansions are always fun for addons!

Ilvls look ok now with v95, but now Worst in Bags is broken when I’m importing the string from the website to the game. The Junk List window says that “An item in your junk list could not be found.” and the whole list is blank. The website says I have 13 items for junking.
You need version 95 of the addon to get the changes.

Which items in particular aren’t showing up in the junk list for you? I’m only seeing one issue right now in my tests, crafted items aren’t being found. Other items show up in the junk list just fine for me though.
It was a combination of crafted and quest gear. The list worked just fine on the website, but nothing is populating in-game when I import the string from the site to the game.
Edit: I have since manually sold the gear that the bot recommended. Doing a fresh import after gaining a few levels and it seems to be working again.
