As you can see from the picture the item lvl is defiantly not correct.
Do you mean the average item level for your character? Both of those look correct. Or do you mean the item level of a particular item? If so, which item is displaying incorrectly compared to what you are seeing in game?
I’d guess the confusion comes from the really low item level number for the currently equipped gear. Your currently imported equipment set does not have any weapon equipped which causes that slot to absolutely tank your average item level.
