This week another round of “Winds of Mysterious Fortune” went live.
I currently receive items in the ilvel range of 172 - 178, but AMR reckongizes them as ilvl 72-78 and thereby incorrectly lables them as non upgrades.
If you could post a snapshot ID by pressing the “get support” link next to the big Best in Bags section header, and then tell me the name of some example items not showing up correctly, I can take a look and figure out why that is happening.
Unfortunately a screenshot won’t help me resolve these kinds of issues. I need a snapshot ID using the “get support” link on our site, the one you see next to “Best in Bags” in your screenshot.
With that I can try your actual case and debug the data that we’re receiving from the game.

The ingame addon recognizes the offhand (Mysterious Chisel) as ilvl 158, but the website says its ilvl 73
We just posted a site update that should resolve this – it just worked on my development build so I think a game data hotfix didn’t get pushed to our last website build.
The next time you import your character from the addon it should update to the correct item level.

Was able to test now. Got a shield from a mysterious satchel, AMR correctly identified it as ilvl 133.
