Legion Legendaries in BFA

For the Legion Legendaries, once we hit level 115, the secondary benefits no longer affect our characters. AMR still seems to show those effects as applicable and calculates them for Best in Bag. They are ilvl 265, and I have ilvl 280 gear with better stats, but AMR still says the Legion Legendaries are better.

Could this be looked into.

The legendary effects aren’t enabled in AMR at all, if it’s using the legendaries it’s purely for stats or sockets. Usually it’s sockets.

Additionally, Legendary effects are still active during level 115. It’s level 116 when they deactivate. After that point, only the stats matter.
