Manged to get some 80 boots, but my character is still getting there!
I’ll try to fix that in the next update… Blizzard insists on putting ambiguous and redundant bonus IDs on items. That particular item requires level 80 by default, but then they attach a bonus that applies a required level curve and reduces it. But… then it appears they implicitly ignore that if the item can be upgraded – or at least that’s the best set of “rules” I can deduce.
