Probably only a visual tool tip issue. There is no secondary stats on this ring.

Yeah that item can have any combination of secondary stats… if you actually obtain it, we’ll show it in your inventory with the stats that rolled on it.
We could add all 12 versions of the item for users to pick from in the standard lists… sort of like with crafted items. (There are more versions for this item because the amount of the two stats is not equal.) But it’s one of those items that you can’t really target as an upgrade due to the randomness… just take it if you like the stats that happen to roll on it.
