Misfiring Centurion Controller overvalued?

Hi,
in my best in bag suggestions, Misfiring Centurion Controller ilvl 146 is valued higher for all my druid specs than all of my other trinkets (up to ilvl 184).
Is this trinket really so powerful, or has it wrong stats in the simulator?
