Missing items from the optimizer

These two items dont come up in the database when trying t manually select them on the bis finder

I see these items when I load up e.g. a generic character. If you provide a snapshot of your specific case we can take a look and figure out why they are filtered out for you.

I think they are getting filtered out because your character is not level 60 and cannot equip them.
