Mr. Robot not showing Azerite trait recommendations

I can’t understand what is happening and I’m hoping I’m not doing anything wrong. I recently broke through some level barrier on my neck and now my azerite items all can select at least one trait but but Mr. Robot refuses to show me recommendations.

I can provide screenshots if necessary but here’s my addon copy dump:

It could be that the game has different heart level requirements than what our site is showing for your items – can you go in-game and confirm what heart of azeroth levels the game thinks you need for each ring on your azerite gear, let me know if it is different than what the website shows?

Yep that is what it is, Mr. Robot thinks I have to have lvl 16 Heart of Azeroth but the gear is giving me a trait at level 15 (which is what my neck is). Thanks, that at least clears it up. I picked powers, and when Mr. Robot is able to give me recommendations (either you fix the item on Mr. Robot or I get to lvl 16 neck) I’ll reforge. Thank you!

Hm. Now I’m having other weird issues. I"m in Prot spec and it’s recommending Retribution traits. I did got up a few levels in my neck. So that is no longer an issue.

This is all wacky!

Do you have Retribution set to a higher priority than your Protection spec?

Also – could you tell me all of the heart level requirements that the game is showing on your azerite items? e.g. we show 17, 31, 34, 37, 40 for your shoulder item – what does the game show? I can change that in our next update to match the game.
