trying to find my best in bag items and Mr. Robot Optimize page wont load my characters. I select my Region, my realm, type in the name of my character, and select import and nothing happens.
It’s possible that the armory is not working… it often doesn’t on patch days.
Especially if you are using Best in Bags, you need to use our addon to import your character: https://www.askmrrobot.com/addon

actually “fixed it” won’t work using Explorer (maybe something to do with pop ups blocked or something…will look at that later) but works with google. Thank you for the reply 
The site does not support Internet Explorer anymore (in theory it should show you a message to that effect… I can look into why it didn’t).
We officially support the latest versions of Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.
