From what I read only Veteran or higher is eligible for Catalyst. Robot is recommending 8/8 Adventurer gloves for Catalyst under Upgrade Finder->Catalyst.
I had it at veteran or higher only… but then I believe someone told me that the adventurer items could be converted too. Since you have the item, perhaps you could check at the catalyst for this particular item to see if it will let you convert it?
I have tried, for weeks. Just tested it again now and it still doesn’t see the gloves as upgradable to tier gear. Suffused Handwraps, Adventurer 8/8.
