Still having trouble with Mr. Robot. I switched over and downloaded Firefox for my new browser. I did one of my tunes and it worked and now I want to switch and do another tune and it won’t work. It still brings me back to the old tune. I’ve kept trying to do this over the month but still having the same problems. I’ve sent other questions to you about it but I’ve never heard back

We can help you with technical issues right on the forum here though. So to make sure that I understand your issue, when you do the following steps:
- Go to Optimize and Rank Gear - Ask Mr. Robot
- In-game, open the addon and copy the string of text on the Export tab for your character
- On the website, press “Import from Addon” at the top of the page
- Paste the text in the textbox under the “AMR Addon” header
Your character should then automatically load with the latest data from in-game.
Instead, your character is not loading and you are seeing data for a different character? If that’s the case we can try a few things to troubleshoot.
