keep getting an error when I try to optimize on Live DF Optimizer saying to log a support ticket. Nothing is happening, just the popup saying there’s an error, though no error ID. only happening on the 1 toon, all others working fine.

Thanks for the report – we’ll fix that in the next site update. That probably won’t be until this coming Tuesday with the 10.1.5 patch though, sorry about that. There are a ton of changes and we’re a bit buried preparing for the patch.
In the short term, you can get around the issue by disabling the talent Perforated Veins until Tuesday.
