Hi! I don’t understand why the tool shows 7.79% hit, when I’m trying to get hit capped and have hit gear/gems available..

You have a lot of restrictions going on with your setup…
Firstly, your gems are limited to uncommon quality or lower, and the only hit gems of that quality are flagged as not available until later release phases. That data was hard to find and we did it the first time TBC was re-released years ago… so let us know if any of those filters need updating. It can’t really be data-mined.
Secondly, whenever you see it going for a bunch of intellect and picking mana regen, it probably means that our simulation is becoming mana-limited. Shorten the fight length – it’s OK to go short if you don’t tend to run out of mana. Try 60 seconds instead of 180.
Beyond that – it just depends on what the optimizer is finding to be slightly better or worse depending on the gear available to you.
