I currently have a 2nd trait to choose on my helm and AMR doesn’t give me a recommendation. If I thought I knew what I was doing I’d just pick one. :slight_smile:

Neither of the traits in that ring have any effect on your DPS, since one gives you an absorb shield, and the other heals you when you take damage. You’re free to take whichever you would like.

I (and I’m sure the AMR team) have seen this come up a lot, I’m sure they have some ideas on how to make that clearer.
