I keep getting no results in Upgrade Finder for pretty much anything. I just tried the Great Vault and I still get no results. Not even downgrades. Here is my ID Snapshot: 1b8674f5aef34e139466ba0a0b196655
I’m also getting no results when I use Add To My Bag and Catalyst. I’m a long time user, so unless something key has changed?
Thanks for the report – I was looking at your great vault rewards, and it’s actually two different things going on.
The first is just a bug with the off-hand item… there is a check to avoid impossible weapon combos (e.g. a two-hander+off-hand) that was not working correctly and not allowing it to equip the off-hand in some situations. We’ll fix that.
The second is with the neck item… because your best in bags setup has a neck item locked… it technically is not allowed to equip any other neck items… so it is getting skipped. We’ll change that to allow it to try items in locked slots when checking for upgrades. I swear it used to do that… but looking at the code, it seems as if it has always skipped items in slots that a user has locked for great vault and similar searches. Regardless, we’ll change that in the next site update tomorrow sometime.

As a follow-up… which of your items can be converted at the catalyst in-game? In theory we should have all of the items flagged that can be converted, but it’s possible that we missed a few item sources.
