The site is not recommending my Reshii wrap, not is it suggesting any alternatives. This is an alt, and I bypassed the quest line but that’s the only difference from my main that is not having this issue.

Having the same issue.
Tried it quickly on my Evoker (zoned into K’aresh, did the skip, flew down to get the cloak, upgraded it. Grabbing the string from the addon and pasting it into Best in Bags it suggest a 623ilvl cloak instead of the 707 Reshii Wrap. If I try to lock the cloak in it leaves the field empty.
I make sure to equip the cloak in the game and get the new string from the addon with the Wrap equipped and it suggests leaving the cloak empty (it doesn’t even suggest the old 623 cloak it did before).
Had the same issue with a Monk, did not have the issue with Mage, Warlock and a few other classes earlier today.
I’ve tried refreshing the AMR page before importing and clicking to get BiB, still leaving the Cloak slot empty.
I just checked with another alt (Paladin) in case it was the fact that the Fibre-slot was empty or had not had a fibre slotted ever but on Paladin it worked and it suggests the Wraps.
I have not tried to completely restart the browser but I have reloaded the browser tab, and reloaded, relogged and even restarted the game.
Some alts work fine, others do not. Can’t tell if it is a class-specific thing or something else.
I’m working on this… I don’t know if this is what is happening in every case, but it does happen if you do not have any fiber gems to fill the socket on the reshii wraps. We’ll have a fix so that the cloak is picked even if there is no fiber gem available on a character.
