Ny'alotha belt proc-ing Storm of the Eternal

I noticed something funky in a sim: Not Available

I’m seeing Storm of the Eternal procs (Azshara raid belt) when I definitely am not wearing it.
I assume it is because the belt that I am wearing has the other belt listed in the “Same as Item” field: Not Available

I zeroed out the value of that other belt in the customize section just in case it made any difference in BiB. (It didn’t, probably because the optimizer wants the corruption)

Hmmm, when we were implementing these before the raid came out - they were listed as having that same proc. Looks like that didn’t actually come to pass in the game. I’ll remove the proc from them.
