Paste window is missing

Hi. I’m able to copy from the game but no longer see the window to paste my character’s data.It blinks for a moment and then it is gone Has something changed? What am I missing? My account info says I am paid through January of next year, so it is not that. Thanks

Are you able to use the page otherwise? Is it just the load character window that won’t show for you?

How are you opening the window to paste your addon string: click on the “import from addon” button, or directly on your character name at the top of the page?
