I’ve been looking at my rogues gear and changing the sort order to see how much I’m losing for the second/third spec, I do this occasionally to see if I should change which spec to play.
Normally I’ve got it set up Outlaw ST > Outlaw M+ > Subtlety ST > other stuff.
Enchant/gems Threshold 0.50% and Azerite threshold 0.25%.

If I move Subtlety ST to the top it gets me to swap the chest from Outlaw spec and then change the traits for my shoulder, even though it’s a 0.00% change for Lying in Wait to Resounding Protection.
I’ve found the Undulating Tides trait to be less useful in many of the new raid fights as it’s impossible to avoid some of the damage which takes you below 50%. So I clicked on the chest traits, right-clicked Undulating Tides and pressed re-optimize, it changes to the Type II Bomber Jacket.
Now if I click on Outlaw ST, which is currently priority #2 it says to swap from Tunic of the Sycophant to Seafarer Vest even though the #1 spec isn’t using it.
If I exclude the chest for #1 priority it works but not if I exclude it via the trait.
As I had an export which I could reproduce this on I thought I’d mention it.
I know you’re working on more ways of customising the results for BiB, hopefully one of those options covers this situation so you don’t need to spend any time on it. 
I’m hoping I’ll be able to say, _“Rank Undulating Tides with a 25/50/75/100% uptime,” but suspect it won’t be quite that fancy!
