I am prot spec and it is telling me to select Light’s Decree a ret only trait with BiB option.
The extension to avenging wrath works in both holy and prot spec (you need to activate ret spec in order to pick it though).
It’s not of a lot of value for protection, but can be worth picking if nothing else on that tier is worth much on an item.

Yeah it’s just that trait… and maybe 1 or 2 others. Very weird that they allow the extension part to work in all specs, but it is what it is. It is actually one of the most popular Holy Paladin traits.
