Other times it will suggest a Burning Crusade shield from my bank when I have current content shields in my bag. Less than helpful, to say the least.

However, I would guess this problem is linked to a tanking bug AMR currently has. A fix is in the works! For now, try lowering your difficulty setting (“Heroic Raids, Mythic 7-10+” to “Normal Raids, Mythic 2-7”) if you haven’t already.
