There is a VAST difference for the same item, in this case a charged slicer @ 681 with ascendance between QR and AtmB, add to bag shows MINUS 13+% while Quick shows it at +3.2% for the same item during the same session?? I currently have the Razor-sharp desk fan at 671, 8/8 heroic.
