Receiving an error

I looked for the “Help” link indicated below but could not find it. Here is the error text:

also receiving the error

I just checked the site and it seems to be working now – that error looks like an internal error to our host, where perhaps one of their data centers was temporarily unavailable.

If anyone is still encountering this issue, please post again and let me know and I’ll try to investigate further.

Same Issue, about 3 hours down.

This error seems to be very intermittent, still working on tracking down the specific cause. We have a couple ideas that we’re testing but still haven’t been able to catch it when it is actually happening.
